Overview:

Our Blended Delivery method is HBA’s most comprehensive way to complete the TAE50122 – Diploma of Vocational Education and Training. This delivery method consists of a 5-day workshop. Learners are then required to continue their learning and complete their assessment tasks in their own time and at their own pace.

You have 2 choices to attend the 5-day delivery.

1. face-to-face in the training room at an HBA venue, or
2. through our online virtual classroom from the comfort of your own home or office

Even if you attend in the classroom, you will still be required to log in to the virtual classroom, as your trainer will bring together all participants, face-to-face and virtually.

Our Blended Delivery method is HBA’s most comprehensive way to complete the TAE50122 – Diploma of Vocational Education and Training. 

During the 5-day workshop we will deliver underpinning knowledge and commence activities covering the core & common units.

During the workshop, learners are introduced to the elements of each unit and have the opportunity to develop skills and practice through group learning activities and completion of selected practical assessment tasks. You will also be involved in and the commencement of small group and/or individual learning activities under the support, guidance, and supervision of a qualified and experienced TAE trainer.

This delivery method also includes a self-paced component. Upon completion of the workshops, you will be required to complete the remainder of the practical and theory workbook activities.

We provide our Learners support throughout the learning pathway via, telephone, email, Live Bi-Weekly Webinars, and our industry-leading online Discussion Forums.

How long will it take me to complete the Blended delivery method?

The time required to complete the course depends on the learner’s characteristics. For example, a learner with extensive industry experience may achieve competency more quickly than a Learner with less experience and lower levels of computer skills.

The 5-day workshop focuses on the core & common units. You are then left with 900 hours of the remaining practical and theory work to complete. On average, a Learner takes 12 months to complete this delivery method.
