5-day introductory workshop followed by the Self-paced component for the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Overview:

Our Self-Paced PLUS delivery consists of a initial of 5 days face-to-face introductory workshop to gain the underpinning knowledge and to be introduced to the tools, instruments and resources that you are required to develop.

Features:

This delivery method has a fast paced face-to-face component attached to a self-paced learning pathway. As the days go past you will see first hand how the three major learning fields fit together to form the qualification.

In the 5 day introductory workshop you will also review the assessment activities which will prepare you for the assessment tasks you must complete to be found Competent in the 12 Units of Competency that form the qualification.

The 5 day introductory workshop can be attended either on-site in our classrooms, or through the Virtual Classroom (Live Trainer) using Microsoft Teams.

How long will it take me to complete the Self-paced PLUS delivery method?

The amount of time it takes to complete the course is dependent on the learners characteristics. For Example: A Learner with extensive industry experience may achieve competency quicker than a Learner with less experience and lower levels of computer skills.

The 5-day workshop acts as an introductory to the course. After the 5-days, you are left with 400-500 hours of work in the course. On average, we see a Learner take 7-8 months to complete this delivery method.
