TAESS00024 - VET Delivered to School Students Teacher Enhancement Skill Set
Do you hold the credentials which would allow for registration as a secondary school teacher?
Changes were made to the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 in March 2024. They specify individuals who hold credentials which would allow for registration as a secondary school teacher, can deliver and assess Nationally Recognised Training (NRT) products in RTO or VET in Schools (VETiS) environments upon successful completion of the TAESS00024 – VET Delivered to School Students Teacher Enhancement Skill Set (or the TAESS00019 Assessor Skill Set).
The units of competencies from this Skill Set contribute towards the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
The five units within this skill set are:
- TAEPDD401 – Work effectively in the VET sector
- TAEDES411 – Use nationally recognised training products to meet vocational training needs
- TAEASS412 – Assess competence
- TAEDES412 – Design and develop plans for vocational training
- TAEASS413 – Participate in assessment validation
