Please use the form below to enrol with HBA Learning Centre. To complete this form you will need a Unique Student Identifier (USI). This is a mandatory code the Australian Government requires for all education.

Enrolment Form

Your USI (Unique Student Identifier) is your individual education number for life. It also creates an online record of your Australian training achievements.

To retrieve your USI or apply for a new one please visit usi.gov.au/students. The process should take less than 5 minutes.

Note: If you are an overseas student, you do not require a USI. Please populate the box below with 10 zeros (eg. 0000000000)

HBA Learning Centres is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), and is required under the Data Provision Requirements 2012, Part 2 AVETMISS Compliance, to capture accurate VET information about learners, their courses, units of activity and qualification completion.

Enrolment is only official once course fees have been paid, unless other arrangements have been made directly with HBA.

You can pay the course amount securely on the next page. We accept MasterCard, Visa and AMEX.

We’ll send you an email invoice you can pay with your AMEX card. There will be and additional 4.6% surcharge added to the total cost.

We will send you an email with your details and payment reference number so you can make a bank transfer into the HBA Learning Centre account

We will get in touch with you to finalised your application for the HBA payment plan.
