We have today been advised by the National VET Regulator (Australian Skills Quality Authority) the above organisation (RTO 31707) ceased to operate on 17th June 2026.
At HBA Learning Centres we are receiving a high number of telephone calls from learners who, at varying levels of completion, are caught up in the sudden closure of the RTO.
We know this a difficult time for the learners and staff of First Choice College and our thoughts are with all stakeholders.
HBA Learning Centres can assist the learners of First Choice by offering a highly discounted price to help offset the cost and inconvenience they have already incurred; this cost will not be published and each application for assistance will be dealt with individually.

- BSB41419 Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
- BSB51319 Diploma of Work Health and Safety
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
What do you need to do?
You will need to provide proof of enrolment and payment to First Choice College plus any Statement of Attainment you have been issued with.
