20 Jun FAQ 8: How flexible are HBA’s delivery methods for the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment?

At HBA we realised long ago that one delivery model does not suit every one, so we adopted a very flexible attitude to the delivery of TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Here are some of the more common solutions that allow us to model our delivery to your requirements:

Some learners enrol in a totally Self-Paced delivery and then find they have not been able to allocate the required time to complete as quickly as they want to. In this instance the Learner can simply call HBA on 1300 721 503 and say they want to transition to a live Trainer led course (either virtually or face to face). We simply work out the date that suits you to commence and charge the difference between what you did pay and what the new delivery model costs, there is no penalty fee added.
Some people enrol in our 5-day Self-Paced PLUS course and find they really like having a Trainer lead them in the activities, so they want to move to the 15-day Blended delivery. Once again this is no issue as you simply call 1300721503 and let customer service know, they make the change and charge you only the difference in the 2 fees.
Some Learners want to do the 15-day Blended delivery (because they know it is the quickest and easiest way to complete) but they cannot get 3 consecutive weeks off work. This is no issue because when you enrol you nominate the days you wish to attend each of the 3 clusters on the enrolment form, and these can be as separated as far apart as 6 months if you wish. If along the way you want to change your chosen attendance dates then, once again, that is simply a call to Customer Service and they will help you with that.
