What is the difference between HBA’s Virtual Classroom and Face-to-Face training?

The main difference is the environment.

  • Virtual Classroom: You learn from the comfort of your home or office via our tailored online delivery platform.

  • Face-to-Face: You learn in a traditional classroom setting with a Trainer physically present. We host these in most capital cities and onsite for in-house corporate clients nationwide.

Note: The learning outcomes, completion times, and course quality are exactly the same for both options. Our post-course surveys show equally high satisfaction rates across both methods!

Because everyone learns differently, the best method depends on your personal preferences and setup. Based on our experience, you will likely prefer Face-to-Face training if:

  • You prefer the traditional classroom dynamic and direct, in-person interaction with a Trainer.
  • You feel less confident with your computer/IT skills.
  • You struggle to find a quiet, uninterrupted space at home or work to study for 5 consecutive days.
  • If you are comfortable with technology and have a quiet space to study, our Virtual Classroom offers the ultimate flexibility without sacrificing quality.
