We have recently had our reregistration audit completed and it was extremely detailed which resulted in the National VET Regulator receiving literally thousands of pages of data as evidence of our compliance. During the audit, a focus point was our interpretation of TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment given the importance of the qualification to VET. The outcome of the complete audit was ZERO non-compliance. People ask why we are so detailed in our requirements of both the Performance Evidence (what you must be able to do) and the Knowledge Evidence (what you need to know) and this is the reason, if an RTO is not compliant any qualification thus affected can be recalled by the National VET Regulator.
