The biggest change in the new qualification IS the increased requirement and emphasis on presentations and this is where many Trainers make or break the learning pathway for their Learners. Consider the different outcomes of a presenter who presents poorly, stumbles, stutters and appears lost to one that is fluid, inviting and effective in their oral communication; which would you prefer to have as your trainer? When you present you are creating an image of your company, an image that is indelibly imposed on the memory of all that see and engage with you.
HBA is pleased to offer an online PD session on How to Prepare and Present this will be contextualised to the VET industry and everyone is invited to attend. It will be facilitated by our Managing Director who has taught thousands of people all over the world to be better presenters.
The session will not allow for individual presentations by the audience given the time constraints, but it will lay out a framework for you to follow and practice, if you do this, you will see an improvement in your engagement, presentation skills and the learning of your students.
The session will be held at 3.45pm Friday 2nd June and will complete by 5pm.
There is NO COST for this session as it forms part of our normal Professional Development program.
