27 May Is TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Worth doing in 2026?

This is a question that was posed to us recently by someone who initially enquired over 2 years ago. The response is dependent upon you and your life’s objectives, clearly the future will bring with it roles that are made redundant by AI and the normal evolution of technology; we see some of this is already upon us with driverless trains, cutting computer code, scheduling etc.  We strongly believe certain roles will not be eliminated in our lifetime and this includes:

To complete TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment can future proof your career and increase your earning capacity as Vocational Education and Training (VET) will exist a hundred years from now; not everyone wants or can attend University.
