 Cost: $3150 HBA’s Mid Winter Sale $2525Attendance Methods for Workshops:Virtual ClassroomStructure:Delivered over 12 consecutive Saturdays Overview:Our Blended Delivery method is HBA’s most comprehensive way to complete the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.  A variation on our three-week Blended delivery model, the Saturday Blended offers a 12-day (Saturday) virtual delivery workshop. Learners will be required to continue their learning and complete their assessment tasks in their own time and at their own pace between sessions. Features:This delivery method offers virtual delivery over 12 consecutive Saturdays. This delivery method includes a self-paced component; between sessions, learners can continue learning and complete their assessment tasks in their own time. During the workshop, learners are introduced to the elements of each unit and are provided with opportunities for skill development and practice through group learning activities and the completion of selected practical assessment tasks. You will also be involved in role-plays and the commencement of small group and/or individual learning activities under the support, guidance and supervision of a qualified and experienced TAE trainer. Upon completion of the workshops, you will be required to complete any remaining practical work and the knowledge questions workbook. Completion of presentations/delivery sessions can be completed by recording your session and/or attending our free presentation days.We provide our Learners support throughout the learning pathway via support videos, telephone, email, Live Bi-Weekly Webinars and our industry-leading online Discussion Forums.How long will it take me to complete the Blended delivery method? The time it takes to complete the course depends on your learner characteristics. For example, a learner with extensive industry experience may achieve competency more quickly than a Learner with less experience and lower levels of computer skills. The 12-day workshop focuses on the practical activities within the course. You are then left with 100 hours of practical and theoretical work to complete. We have today been advised by the National VET Regulator (Australian Skills Quality Authority) the above organisation (RTO 31707) ceased to operate on 17th June 2026.

At HBA Learning Centres we are receiving a high number of telephone calls from learners who, at varying levels of completion, are caught up in the sudden closure of the RTO.

As an industry leader HBA Learning Centres talks to thousands of people who want to enrol in TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification but have little understanding regarding its content and requirements. Some think it is all about how to present and whilst this is certainly contained within several of the Core Units of Competency, it is only one of the elements of the course.

The course is highly technical and is not an easy to do qualification. Consider this’ if you wish to be a Teacher of Children at School or Adults at University you undertake a qualification that takes 2 to 4 years of full-time study. Here is an overview of the new Saturday Blended delivery method;

Overview:

Our Blended Delivery method is HBA’s most comprehensive way to complete the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.  

A variation on our three-week Blended delivery model, the Saturday Blended offers a 12-day (Saturday) virtual delivery workshop. Learners will be required to continue their learning and complete their assessment tasks in their own time and at their own pace between sessions. 

Features:

This delivery method offers virtual delivery over 12 consecutive Saturdays. This delivery method includes a self-paced component; between sessions, learners can continue learning and complete their assessment tasks in their own time. 

During the workshop, learners are introduced to the elements of each unit and are provided with opportunities for skill development and practice through group learning activities and the completion of selected practical assessment tasks. You will also be involved in role-plays and the commencement of small group and/or individual learning activities under the support, guidance and supervision of a qualified and experienced TAE trainer. 

Upon completion of the workshops, you will be required to complete any remaining practical work and the knowledge questions workbook. Completion of presentations/delivery sessions can be completed by recording your session and/or attending our free presentation days.

How long will it take me to complete the Blended delivery method?

The time it takes to complete the course depends on your learner characteristics. For example, a learner with extensive industry experience may achieve competency more quickly than a Learner with less experience and lower levels of computer skills. 

The 12-day workshop focuses on the practical activities within the course. You are then left with 100 hours of practical and theoretical work to complete. On average, we see a Learner take 6-9 months to complete this delivery method.
