The TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment has a new delivery method – Saturday Blended!

Here is an overview of the new Saturday Blended delivery method;

Overview:

Our Blended Delivery method is HBA’s most comprehensive way to complete the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.  

A variation on our three-week Blended delivery model, the Saturday Blended offers a 12-day (Saturday) virtual delivery workshop. Learners will be required to continue their learning and complete their assessment tasks in their own time and at their own pace between sessions. 

Features:

This delivery method offers virtual delivery over 12 consecutive Saturdays. This delivery method includes a self-paced component; between sessions, learners can continue learning and complete their assessment tasks in their own time. 

During the workshop, learners are introduced to the elements of each unit and are provided with opportunities for skill development and practice through group learning activities and the completion of selected practical assessment tasks. You will also be involved in role-plays and the commencement of small group and/or individual learning activities under the support, guidance and supervision of a qualified and experienced TAE trainer. 

Upon completion of the workshops, you will be required to complete any remaining practical work and the knowledge questions workbook. Completion of presentations/delivery sessions can be completed by recording your session and/or attending our free presentation days.

We provide our Learners support throughout the learning pathway via support videos, telephone, email, Live Bi-Weekly Webinars and our industry-leading online Discussion Forums.

How long will it take me to complete the Blended delivery method?

The time it takes to complete the course depends on your learner characteristics. For example, a learner with extensive industry experience may achieve competency more quickly than a Learner with less experience and lower levels of computer skills. 

The 12-day workshop focuses on the practical activities within the course. You are then left with 100 hours of practical and theoretical work to complete. On average, we see a Learner take 6-9 months to complete this delivery method.
