21 Feb Shortened Delivery of VET Courses

At HBA Learning Centres we are often asked “why do I need to spend X amount of time with you when I can do a course in 2 weeks at XXXXX?” This question shrouds a complex problem in Vocational Education and Training particularly as it relates to TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and assessment. Over the years the National VET Regulator has withdrawn qualifications, sanctioned and closed RTO’s that offer qualifications over unrealistic short time frames in order to win the business.

The National VET Regulator is the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and they have just posted an article on this subject.
