TAEDEL311 and TAEASS412 – Verification of Competency (VoC) Microcredential
Are you interested in undertaking training to become a workplace trainer & assessor?
We have packaged the following two Units of Competency from the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment as a bespoke microcredential to address the key requirements which meets the needs many of our enterprise clients.
- TAEDEL311 – Provide work skill instruction
- TAEASS412 – Assess competence
These units provide credit towards TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and other qualifications that allow for selection of these units.

Learners are given up to 6 months to complete the course.

Self Paced
Cost: $800
Structure: Self-paced delivery method
Overview: Our Self-Paced delivery is designed for those that need a flexible learning structure. This delivery method is an entirely online approach to the VOC Micro Credential
Features: The Self-paced delivery method is completed in your own time, at your own pace and is ideally suited to highly motivated self-starters. We provide our Learners ongoing support throughout the learning-pathway via telephone, email, and our industry leading online Discussion Forums.
All course materials are downloaded electronically. Thus, you may commence almost immediately once enrolled.
Blended Delivery (5-day workshop)
Cost: $1,100
Attendance Method: Virtual Classroom or Physically in Class
Structure: 5-day workshop with post course work
Overview: Our Blended (intensive) delivery for the VOC Micro Credential includes 5-day workshop with an experienced HBA trainer.
You have 2 choices to attend the 5-day delivery:
- face to face in the training room at a HBA venue, or
- through our online virtual classroom from the comfort of your own home or office
Features: The Blended (intensive) delivery model substantially accelerates your learning; you will enjoy and benefit from the group dynamics created by having other learners in a class. Our trainer will lead the group down a very carefully planned pathway of learning where clustered delivery and formal assessment are part of the normal day.
HBA requires a minimum number on courses and if this number isn’t met the course may be cancelled.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Cost: $200 initial assessment and $200 per unit
If you meet the entry requirements and have enrolled, download the RPL application and commence your submission.
