03 Apr How can you do the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment?

At HBA Learning Centres we try our best to make our courses accessible to as many people possible and to that extent we offer 3 delivery options for the new mandatory qualification for Trainers and Assessors in VET.

1. Blended Delivery (15-day workshop): In this model we offer 3 by 5 day blocks which provides the underpinning knowledge necessary to understand the qualification and its elements. We all know any VET course consists of both Theory and Practical activities and Blended Delivery will assist you to complete most of the complex practical activities, we estimate this will save you hundreds of hours compared to doing the course on your own. For this delivery we have set a price of $3,600 but as a special offer and for a very limited time only, we have discounted this to $3,000. You can attend this delivery either in person in Sydney and Melbourne or, if you prefer, join the group by Virtual Classroom.
2. Self-paced PLUS (5-day workshop): This delivery method has a fast paced face-to-face component attached to a self-paced learning pathway. As the days go past you will see first hand how the three major learning fields fit together to form the qualification. In the 5 day introductory workshop you will also review the assessment activities which will prepare you for the assessment tasks you must complete to be found Competent in the 10 Units of Competency that form the qualification. For this delivery we have set a price of $2400, but as a special offer and for a very limited time only, we have discounted this to $1650. The 5 day introductory workshop can be attended either on-site in our classrooms, or through the Virtual Classroom (Live Trainer) using Microsoft Teams.
3. Self-Paced:  This is ideally suited to 2 different cohort groups:
   1. Those that have had significant exposure and involvement in VET training and assessment.
   2. Those that work in mission critical positions such as emergency services and are unable to take time off work.

In this delivery model you can start at anytime and work through the course in your own time. It is also possible to transition to a Trainer led course if you decide that is a better way for you to go. The normal price for this delivery option is $1,800, but as a special offer and for a very limited time only, we have discounted this to $1350.
