09 Sep Gap Training to TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

For the past 5 years or so we have been facilitating Gap training from superseded qualifications to the above qualification.  We are well aware of the emergence of the new qualification which apparently has to be released by 31/12/22 (source https://tae40122.com.au/).

As of this moment in time it appears to be impossible to enunciate exactly what gap training will be required to the new qualification as there are several units where equivalency has not yet been determined.

Once an RTO has the new qualification on its scope of registration it will no longer be able to provide gap training to TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and the pathway for those that hold TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, whilst not impossible is going to be extremely difficult and HBA Learning Centres is unlikely to offer this as a classroom delivery.

Our message is simple, if you are wanting to upgrade then we urge you to do so over the next 3 months because we intend to be at the forefront of RTO’s with TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment on their Scope.
